This is a step toward the history and grandeur of Korea. A monumental space opens up before you: the statues of Admiral Yi Sun-sin and King Sejong, the austere lines of Gyeongbokgung Palace and a panorama of mountains on the horizon. Gwanghwamun is the heart of Seoul, beating to the rhythm of history, strength and pride.

Location: insadong square

A narrow cobblestone street lined with galleries, antique shops, teahouses and workshops. Here tradition isn't put on display – it's alive: in the scent of herbal tea, the rustle of brushes on paper, the handmade ceramics you'll want to touch and admire. Insadong is a place to slow down beautifully, get inspired and feel how beautiful simplicity can be.

The heart of shopping and street food in Seoul. Bright shop-window lights, endless Korean cosmetics stores, trendy boutiques and the aroma of fresh hotteok and street waffles. This is a place where you'll want to wander until midnight, tasting, trying things on and falling in love with the city again and again. Be careful — you risk trying every Korean dessert and accidentally ending up with an overweight suitcase.

Location: Conversation practice with university students

Many popular music videos were filmed here, so you've surely seen this place more than once.

Location: k-pop dance workshop

To Know

  • US and Australian passport holders can generally visit South Korea visa-free for tourism for up to 90 days. The temporary K-ETA exemption runs through 31 December 2026. For travel in 2027, check the rules for your passport and arrival date before departure; do not assume the exemption continues.

We help you check the documents for your programme and assist with K-ETA when required. Language study, longer stays and other passport types may have different requirements. Entry approval is decided by Korean immigration.

Official guidance: US passport holders · Australian passport holders · K-ETA

  • You purchase your plane tickets yourself. Once the group is confirmed, we'll send you a list of recommended flights with convenient connections and arrival times. That way, you can choose and buy your ticket directly from the airline or through whatever service you prefer, keeping flexibility and control over the price.
  • For personal spending (souvenirs, cafes, cosmetics, street food), $200 to $400 for the whole trip is usually enough. The amount depends on your habits and plans for the trip — Korea is generous with pretty little things and tasty temptations 😊
  • Participants arrange their own medical insurance. Throughout the tour, a guide will always be with you to help in any situation and, if needed, accompany you to a clinic or pharmacy.
  • Throughout the tour, participants stay in a university dormitory in double-occupancy rooms. Each room has separate beds, a personal desk and a private bathroom. Rooms are assigned by gender and age. The dormitory has Wi-Fi, a laundry room, a gym and lounges.

answers to popular questions

Language Camp for Adults in Korea

  • The program suits any level of Korean, from complete beginner to advanced. At the start, there's a short placement test, after which participants are divided into groups. Beginners quickly master basic phrases, while continuing students sharpen their conversational skills and expand their vocabulary for everyday situations in Korea.
  • Young people aged 18 to 35 can participate — this age range is set by the host university. Sometimes we are able to arrange participation for people above this age, so if you'd like to go, send a request on our website and we'll check whether you can be added to the group.
  • Don't worry — you definitely won't be left out. The camp has a warm, friendly atmosphere: everyone shares an interest in Korea, so connecting with others comes easily and naturally. Our guides help participants get to know each other and organize light team-building activities and group challenges with no pressure. You decide how actively you want to take part — you can join the group or simply enjoy some time to yourself.

Practical questions

  • Participants study with qualified native-speaking teachers on the Chung-Ang University campus in central Seoul. Classes are held on weekdays from 09:00 to 12:00, creating the feel of real student life. After class come excursions, workshops, cultural events, and shopping, so learning is combined with leisure and immersion in Korean culture.
  • Yes, of course. Our language camp program is well balanced: classes and excursions alternate with free time when you can stroll around Seoul, drop into cafés, go shopping or simply relax. We deliberately leave time so you can soak up the atmosphere of Korea and experience it for real, not just on a schedule.
  • Participants stay in a modern dormitory on campus — a safe, convenient, and cozy space. Rooms are for two people, with separate beds, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and all the necessary furniture. In terms of comfort, they're closer to hotel apartments. Classrooms, the cafeteria, and lounge areas are close by, so everything you need is literally within walking distance.
  • Every group has a guide who helps with any questions, including medical ones. If needed, the guide will accompany you to a clinic and help with translation and insurance. Before departure, you get medical insurance valid in Korea, so help is provided quickly and without unnecessary costs. We stay in touch 24/7 for your safety and peace of mind.

Prices and payment

  • Yes, we offer an in-house installment plan. The number of payments depends on how much time is left before the tour starts: the earlier you book, the more installments you can split the payment into and the easier it is to spread out the cost.
  • Yes, we issue refunds depending on when you cancel. If you cancel 40 or more calendar days before the tour, you receive a full refund of the tour package. If you cancel later than 40 days before, 40% of the price is withheld — this covers organizational costs and bookings that have already been paid for.
