Detailed tour plan travel

Seoul

October 18–25

Seoul is the city where Korea reveals itself in all its glory. Here, skyscrapers stand beside ancient palaces, street food sits alongside fine dining, and trendy districts neighbor cozy little streets.

In Seoul, you'll feel the rhythm of modern Korea, stroll through K-drama filming locations, step into the world of K-pop and, of course, see a city you'll never forget.

What awaits you
Gyeongbokgung Palace
Gyeongbokgung Palace

Gyeongbokgung — the heart of royal Korea. Marble staircases lead to the throne hall, palace roofs are mirrored in the glassy surface of the ponds, and the changing of the guard feels like stepping into a K-drama. Put on a hanbok, stroll along the ancient paths — and feel like the hero of an old legend.

Seal-making master class
Seal-making master class

The subtle scent of wood, the warm glow of lamps, and your hands carving unique characters into stone. In this master class, you'll create your own personal Korean seal — a symbol of identity and a keepsake of your trip.

National Museum of Korea
National Museum of Korea

The museum's bright halls hold thousands of years of artifacts: golden crowns, Buddhist statues, ceramics, paintings and rare scrolls. Each hall is a separate era of history, told with respect and love for the culture. Panoramic windows look out over the park and Namsan Mountain, where you can take a break after exploring the exhibits.

Namsan Tower
Namsan Tower

The best lookout point in the capital. The hilltop is crowned by N Seoul Tower, which offers a breathtaking view of the metropolis.

Myeongdong
Myeongdong

The heart of shopping and street food in Seoul. Bright shop-window lights, endless Korean cosmetics stores, trendy boutiques and the aroma of fresh hotteok and street waffles. This is a place where you'll want to wander until midnight, tasting, trying things on and falling in love with the city again and again. Be careful — you risk trying every Korean dessert and accidentally ending up with an overweight suitcase.

Bukchon Hanok Village
Bukchon Hanok Village

Bukchon is a living pause between Seoul's past and present. Narrow alleys, tiled roofs, and neat wooden hanok houses sit side by side with cozy teahouses, galleries, and workshops.

Insadong
Insadong

One of the most atmospheric streets in Seoul, where traditional Korean culture meets the modern day. Here you'll find teahouses, art shops, craft workshops and galleries. A walk through Insadong is the perfect way to slow down and soak up the spirit of the place, and it's great for picking up unique souvenirs and art gifts.

A walk through COEX: the Gangnam Style statue and Starfield Library
A walk through COEX: the Gangnam Style statue and Starfield Library

This mall is a real city under one roof: dozens of shops, restaurants, movie theaters and exhibitions. Nearby stands the famous Gangnam Style statue, an iconic photo spot for that very dance. And at its center is Starfield Library, with towering bookshelves reaching up to the ceiling.

Kimchi-making master class
Kimchi-making master class

An engaging cooking class where participants learn the secrets of traditional Korean kimchi — the signature dish of the national cuisine. Guided by a chef, you'll make kimchi with your own hands, taste fresh ingredients and discover the cultural philosophy of fermentation. It's not only a tasty experience but a memorable one you can recreate at home.

Gangneung

October 21

Gangneung is a blend of sea, mountains, and unspoiled nature on Korea's east coast. Here you'll find scenic beaches, alpine pastures, charming historic sites, and legendary oceanside railway views.

What awaits you

Daegwallyeong Samyang Roundhill is a place where sheep graze, cloud-wrapped peaks create a sense of calm, and the landscapes resemble European alpine meadows. A walk here brings a feeling of freedom, closeness to nature and incredible harmony with the world around you.

Rail bike ride along the coast
Rail bike ride along the coast

This is one of the most scenic and effortless ways to see Korea's east coast. The route runs right above the shoreline: rails beneath you, the sound of the waves beside you, and endless ocean views. It's a relaxed, atmospheric adventure where you can enjoy nature, take beautiful photos, and feel like you're in a Korean travel drama.

Ojukheon Historic Complex
Ojukheon Historic Complex

Ojukheon is one of Korea's oldest wooden complexes, preserved since the Joseon Dynasty. It is the birthplace of the eminent historical figures Yulgok and Shin Saimdang, who appear on Korean banknotes. Cozy pavilions, pine-lined paths, and museum exhibits create an atmosphere where it's easy to feel the spirit of old Korea.

Gangneung coast
Gangneung coast

The perfect combination of sea, mountains and silence. Wide sandy beaches, pines along the shore and a light sea breeze create an atmosphere of calm. Here you'll want to walk barefoot on the sand, catch the sunrise and feel the whole world slow down.

Yongin

October 23

Yongin — a city where Korean tradition meets modern entertainment.

The famous folk village takes you back to the Joseon era, while Everland, the country's largest amusement park, delivers vivid thrills.

The perfect choice for anyone who wants to experience history, culture and excitement all in one day.

To Know

  • US and Australian passport holders can generally visit South Korea visa-free for tourism for up to 90 days. The temporary K-ETA exemption runs through 31 December 2026. For travel in 2027, check the rules for your passport and arrival date before departure; do not assume the exemption continues.

We help you check the documents for your programme and assist with K-ETA when required. Language study, longer stays and other passport types may have different requirements. Entry approval is decided by Korean immigration.

Official guidance: US passport holders · Australian passport holders · K-ETA

  • You purchase your plane tickets yourself. Once the group is confirmed, we'll send you a list of recommended flights with convenient connections and arrival times. That way, you can choose and buy your ticket directly from the airline or through whatever service you prefer, keeping flexibility and control over the price.
  • For personal spending (souvenirs, cafes, cosmetics, street food), $200 to $400 for the whole trip is usually enough. The amount depends on your habits and plans for the trip — Korea is generous with pretty little things and tasty temptations 😊
  • Participants arrange their own medical insurance. Throughout the tour, a guide will always be with you to help in any situation and, if needed, accompany you to a clinic or pharmacy.
  • Throughout the tour, participants stay in 4★ hotels in double rooms with separate beds. Rooms are assigned by gender. Single occupancy is available for an additional fee.
