A custom tour to Korea is chosen by those who
want to see the country at their own pace and build
a trip around themselves. This format makes
the tour flexible and brings Korea closer. You choose
the dates, the route, the sightseeing pace, and the style
of the trip: some prefer a personal route
with a guide and a packed program, while others
prefer more freedom and time
to explore the country on their own.

Custom Tours to Korea 2026-2027

  • The minimum program is 5 days. That's usually enough for a first introduction to Korea and Seoul's main sights. But most people choose 7–10 days so they can see several cities at a relaxed pace and really soak up the spirit of the country.
  • You choose the level of guiding you need. Either way, a coordinator stays in touch with you throughout the trip to help with logistics and suggest solutions along the way.
  • Yes, these activities can be added to the program. Workshops and other extras are discussed individually and depend on the number of people in the tour.
  • There are no restrictions. We organize tours for travelers of all ages, from children to seniors. The program is always tailored to the group so that everyone is comfortable and engaged.
  • Yes, and many of our travelers do exactly that. Every tour is made up of small groups, so within the first few days you easily find like-minded people and feel part of the crew. Usually by day two, everyone is already chatting like old friends.

Practical questions

  • The program is built entirely around your dates, interests and goals for the trip. Before the journey we agree on the route, format and content of each day so that everything matches your expectations.
  • Yes. A custom tour has a flexible program, so we can adapt it along the way if needed: change the pace, swap activities or adjust details to your wishes and how you feel. All so that Korea stays in your heart forever ❤️
  • After payment, you'll receive a booking confirmation and a message from your manager with detailed instructions: tour dates, the list of documents for K-ETA, preparation tips and your guides' contacts. Before the trip, we add participants to a group chat.

Prices and payment

  • The price is calculated in advance and depends on the route, trip length, hotel level and chosen activities. Everything is discussed individually before booking.
  • Yes, we offer an in-house installment plan. The number of payments depends on how much time is left before the tour starts: the earlier you book, the more installments you can split the payment into and the easier it is to spread out the cost.
  • Yes, we issue refunds depending on when you cancel. If you cancel 40 or more calendar days before the tour, you receive a full refund of the tour package. If you cancel later than 40 days before, 40% of the price is withheld — this covers organizational costs and bookings that have already been paid for.
