Good
To Know

  • US and Australian passport holders can generally visit South Korea visa-free for tourism for up to 90 days. The temporary K-ETA exemption runs through 31 December 2026. For travel in 2027, check the rules for your passport and arrival date before departure; do not assume the exemption continues.

We help you check the documents for your programme and assist with K-ETA when required. Language study, longer stays and other passport types may have different requirements. Entry approval is decided by Korean immigration.

Official guidance: US passport holders · Australian passport holders · K-ETA

  • You purchase your plane tickets yourself. Once the group is confirmed, we'll send you a list of recommended flights with convenient connections and arrival times. That way, you can choose and buy your ticket directly from the airline or through whatever service you prefer, keeping flexibility and control over the price.
  • For personal spending (souvenirs, cafes, cosmetics, street food), $200 to $400 for the whole trip is usually enough. The amount depends on your habits and plans for the trip — Korea is generous with pretty little things and tasty temptations 😊
  • Participants arrange their own medical insurance. Throughout the tour, a guide will always be with you to help in any situation and, if needed, accompany you to a clinic or pharmacy.
  • Throughout the tour, participants stay in a university dormitory in double-occupancy rooms. Each room has separate beds, a personal desk and a private bathroom. Rooms are assigned by gender and age. The dormitory has Wi-Fi, a laundry room, a gym and lounges.

answers to popular questions

Language camp for teens in South Korea

  • It's best to book in advance — 3–6 months before the session starts. The kids' camp fills up quickly, especially during peak vacation season. Booking early lets you choose good dates, prepare documents without rushing and split the payment into convenient installments.
  • Yes. You can join from the United States, Australia or another country. Arrange your international flights to Korea separately. Your chosen tour plan will confirm the arrival airport, start date and meeting arrangements.
  • That's not a problem — the kids' camp is open to any language level, whether your child has studied for a year or is starting from scratch. At the start of the session, there's a short test to determine the right group. Beginners get help mastering basic phrases and starting to speak, while kids with some experience improve their conversational skills and vocabulary. The teachers are experienced in working with international students and quickly get them into the learning process.
  • Yes, upon completing the camp program, children receive an official certificate from the host university in Korea. It states the length of study and language proficiency level, which can be an added advantage for further studies or applying to educational institutions.
  • Yes, of course. Most kids come to the language camp on their own, but they make friends on the very first day. Our guides run icebreaker games, group tasks and joint activities so that every child feels part of the team. The camp atmosphere is warm and friendly — no one is left out, and within just a few days the kids become a real team.
  • If your child loves active trips, new countries, modern culture and spending time with peers, our summer programs are a great choice. In this format, both fun and learning come easily and are genuinely interesting, and the kids' camp itself combines travel, adventure and building independence. If you'd like, we can arrange a consultation and help you choose the best option.
  • Teenagers have a curfew: all camp participants must be on campus by 10:00 PM (22:00).
  • On arrival in Korea, each participant receives a SIM card or has an eSIM installed with unlimited internet. We recommend not disturbing your child during Korean classes (9:00-13:00 Seoul time). At other times, you can contact your child directly, and you can also message the guides directly or in the general participants' chat.

Practical questions

  • The classes are lively and interactive: lots of speaking practice, games and cultural tasks so that kids learn to speak Korean naturally and enjoyably. Language classes take place in the first half of the day and last 4–5 hours.
  • The kids' camp includes both classes and a cultural program. We create a full-fledged summer vacation where language learning is combined with relaxation and exciting activities. This is a key part of our approach: children remember a language better when they use it in real-life situations.
  • Children stay in a modern dormitory on campus — a safe, convenient, and cozy space. Rooms are for two people, with separate beds, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and all the necessary furniture. In terms of comfort, they're closer to hotel apartments. Classrooms, the cafeteria, and lounge areas are close by, so everything you need is literally within walking distance.
  • Each group has a guide responsible for the children's health and safety abroad. If a child feels unwell, the guide accompanies them to a clinic, helps with translation and contacts the parents. Before departure, medical insurance valid in Korea is arranged, so help is provided quickly and without extra costs. We stay in touch 24/7 and keep parents informed at every step, from the first visit to full recovery.
  • All movement happens only with guides — the group goes to language school classes, excursions, walks and dinners together. Roll calls and check-ins are held every day. Adults are on duty at the dormitory or hotel, and in the evening there is a "guide on every floor" rule and a 10:00 PM (22:00) curfew. Parents receive regular photo and text updates, so they always know exactly what their kids are up to.

Prices and payment

  • Yes, the kids' camp can be paid for in installments directly with us. The number of payments depends on the tour price and how much time is left before the tour starts: the earlier you book, the more installments you can split the payment into and the easier it is to spread out the costs.
  • Yes, we refund payments for the kids' camp depending on when you cancel. If you cancel 40 or more calendar days before the tour, the full cost of the tour package is refunded. If you cancel later than 40 days before, 40% of the cost is withheld — this amount covers organizational expenses and bookings that have already been paid.
