Version dated August 11, 2026.
Korean Simple Co., Ltd (Republic of Korea, registration number 341-87-01842), hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, represented by its director PARK TAESEOB, acting on the basis of the Articles of Association, publishes this public offer to conclude a contract for the paid provision of services for the preparation and organization of custom trips to the Republic of Korea (hereinafter, the Offer).
The Offer is addressed to individuals with full legal capacity who purchase services for personal, family, and other needs not related to business activities. A person who has accepted the Offer in accordance with Section 3 is referred to as the Client.
The Contractor is a licensed travel company registered and operating in the Republic of Korea under a General Travel Business license pursuant to the Tourism Promotion Act of the Republic of Korea. The license covers the organization of domestic, inbound, and outbound travel, including travel for citizens and residents of foreign countries.
The Contractor is a foreign travel company and operates under the laws and license of the Republic of Korea. The Contractor is not a tour operator or travel agent within the meaning of the national legislation of the Client's country of permanent residence, is not entered in the national registers of tour operators or travel agents of such countries, and does not provide the financial security required of local tour operators under the legislation of the Client's country of residence.
The services under the Contract are actually rendered in the Republic of Korea. The Contractor concludes and performs the Contract remotely from the Republic of Korea and has no separate subdivision, representative office, or person authorized to conclude contracts or agree on their essential terms on behalf of the Contractor in the Client's country of residence.
1.1. Custom Trip means a trip by one or more Tourists, the tour plan and terms of which are developed based on the Client's request.
1.2. Tourist means an individual who directly participates in a Custom Trip. The Client and the Tourist may be different persons. If the Tourist is a minor or the Client acts on behalf of another person, the Client confirms that they have the necessary authority.
1.3. Custom Order means a personalized description of a specific Custom Trip sent by the Contractor to the Client. A Custom Order may take the form of a personal web page, a PDF file, an invoice, an email, or a combination of such documents.
1.4. A Custom Order must make it possible to identify the Client or the recipient of the proposal, the Tourists, the dates, the route, the tour plan, the included and excluded services, the price, the currency, the payment schedule, the validity period of the proposal, and the applicable version of the Offer. Terms not specific to a particular trip need not be included in the Custom Order.
1.5. tour plan means the agreed day-by-day description of the trip and the services included in it. The tour plan may be set out directly in the Custom Order, attached as a separate file, or posted on a personal web page whose address, date, or version is specified in the Custom Order.
1.6. Supplier means a hotel, accommodation facility, transportation company, carrier, guide, restaurant, museum, educational institution, local partner, or other third party engaged to provide individual services.
1.7. The Offer, the accepted Custom Order, the tour plan specified therein, and the documents expressly incorporated into the Custom Order together constitute the Contract for a specific trip.
1.8. Each accepted Custom Order constitutes a separate Contract. Several Contracts may be concluded with one Client under different Custom Orders.
1.9. The special terms of a Custom Order take precedence over the general terms of the Offer with respect to the relevant trip. They may not restrict the rights of a consumer Client granted by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
2.1. On the Client's instructions and for a fee, the Contractor prepares and organizes a Custom Trip to the Republic of Korea to the extent established by the accepted Custom Order, and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for the agreed services.
2.2. Depending on the Custom Order, the services may include:
2.3. International and domestic transportation, medical insurance, visa processing, K-ETA, and other services are included in the Contractor's obligations only if expressly specified in the Custom Order.
2.4. A service not listed in the “Price includes” section or not otherwise unambiguously included in the Custom Order is not deemed to be included in the price of the trip.
3.1. Once the request has been agreed upon, the Contractor sends the Client a Custom Order specifying the applicable version of the Offer and the period within which the proposal may be accepted.
3.2. Prior to acceptance, the Client is given the opportunity to review and save the text of the Offer, the Custom Order, the tour plan, the price, the scope of services, the payment schedule, the terms of modification and cancellation, and the material restrictions of the trip.
3.3. Full and unconditional acceptance of the Offer and the Custom Order is the Client's making of full or partial payment in the amount and within the time limit provided for by the Custom Order or by an invoice or payment link issued on its basis.
3.4. If the payment form contains a checkbox for consent to the Offer and the Custom Order, checking it additionally confirms the Client's intent but does not eliminate the need to identify the Custom Order being paid for.
3.5. The Contract is deemed concluded from the moment the stipulated payment is credited to the Contractor or the Contractor receives proper confirmation of a successful payment from the bank or payment system.
3.6. No handwritten, electronic, or other signature of the Client on the Offer, the Custom Order, or the tour plan is required to conclude the Contract. Silence, receipt of a link, viewing documents, or continuing negotiations without payment do not constitute acceptance.
3.7. A payment must make it possible to identify the Custom Order and the Client. Payment by a third party is recognized as payment on behalf of the Client if the payment reference, payment link, order number, or correspondence clearly indicates on whose behalf and for which Custom Order it was made.
3.8. If payment is received after the expiration of the Custom Order or in an amount other than that provided for by the terms of acceptance, the Contractor shall, without undue delay, either confirm acceptance of such payment and conclusion of the Contract on the agreed terms or refund the payment. Until such confirmation, the Contractor is not obliged to begin making bookings.
3.9. After the Contract is concluded, the Contractor sends the Client, to the agreed email address or messenger, an order confirmation and copies or saveable versions of the Offer, the Custom Order, and the tour plan.
3.10. A specific Contract is governed by the versions of the Offer, the Custom Order, and the tour plan that were in effect and provided to the Client at the time of acceptance. Subsequent changes to the published Offer or personal page do not modify an already concluded Contract without the Client's consent.
3.11. Prior to acceptance, the Contractor may withdraw or modify the Custom Order by notifying the Client. After acceptance, essential terms may be changed only in accordance with Section 7.
4.1. The Contractor shall:
4.2. The Contractor may engage Suppliers while remaining responsible to the Client for the proper organization of the services included in the agreed order, within the limits of applicable law.
4.3. The time frame for confirming the ordered services is specified in the Custom Order. If a particular service is not confirmed by the Supplier, the Contractor notifies the Client and offers an equivalent replacement or the removal of the service with a proportionate price reduction.
4.4. If, without the unconfirmed service, the trip loses the main character agreed upon by the Client, the Client may withdraw from the Contract and receive a refund of the amounts paid less the cost of services already rendered on the Client's instructions and other documented expenses, unless more favorable consequences are provided for by applicable law.
4.5. Carriage of the Client or Tourist by air, rail, road, water, or other transport is performed under the rules of the relevant carrier. A ticket, boarding pass, voucher, or other transport document constitutes a separate contract with the carrier, which bears liability within the limits of its rules and applicable law.
5.1. The Client shall:
5.2. The Client must have medical insurance valid in the Republic of Korea for the duration of the trip, unless obtaining such insurance is expressly included in the Custom Order.
5.3. The Client shall familiarize the Tourists with the terms of the Contract, the tour plan, the safety rules, and the mandatory instructions of the Contractor and the Suppliers.
5.4. The Client and the Tourists shall comply with the laws of the Republic of Korea and transit countries, the rules of carriers, accommodation facilities, and visited sites, and safety and public order requirements.
5.5. The Client and the Tourists shall arrive at the airport, train station, meeting point, or starting point of an excursion or other service on time as specified by the Contractor, the tour plan, or the relevant Supplier.
5.6. In the course of visa or K-ETA support, the competent authorities may request additional documents, including air tickets, insurance, proof of accommodation, bank documents, certificates, application forms, photographs, and other information. The Contractor does not guarantee the issuance of a visa, K-ETA, or entry permission.
5.7. If the Client fails to provide the mandatory documents or information within the established time frame, the Contractor may suspend the booking or performance of the relevant services. If further performance becomes impossible, settlements are made in accordance with Section 8.
5.8. The Client confirms that they are authorized to act on behalf of a minor or another Tourist if the Client and the Tourist are different persons, and shall provide supporting documents upon request.
6.1. The total price, settlement currency, payment schedule, payment method, and validity period of the proposal are specified in the Custom Order or the related invoice.
6.2. If the payment currency differs from the price currency, conversion is made at the rate and under the rules of the bank or payment system on the transaction date, unless a different procedure is expressly specified in the Custom Order.
6.3. Bank and payment system fees are paid by the party from whom they are charged, unless otherwise provided by the Custom Order.
6.4. The Contractor begins paid preparatory actions and bookings after acceptance and receipt of the payment stipulated by the Custom Order, unless the parties have agreed otherwise in writing.
6.5. The cost of developing the tour plan, booking, and other preparatory organizational services, if charged separately, is specified in the Custom Order. Such cost is payment for actions actually performed and is not a penalty or an automatically non-refundable payment.
7.1. Material changes to the Tourists, dates, route, accommodation category, total price, or main scope of services require the express consent of both parties via email correspondence, a personal account, or another agreed channel.
7.2. The Contractor sends the Client a new version of the Custom Order or tour plan, or a brief description of the change that makes it possible to clearly identify the previous and the new term. An additional payment by the Client is deemed consent to the change only if the exact terms of the change were provided to the Client before payment and the payment reference allows them to be identified.
7.3. The Contractor may, without separate approval, make minor or operational changes to times, the order of site visits, the route within a day, or the specific vehicle, guide, restaurant, or other Supplier, if this is caused by weather, safety, traffic conditions, site schedules, actions of Suppliers, or other circumstances beyond the Contractor's reasonable control and does not reduce the agreed scope and overall level of services.
7.4. The Contractor notifies the Client of a material change without undue delay. The Client may accept the change, agree on an alternative, or withdraw from the affected service or the Contract as a whole if the change deprives the trip of its main agreed character. Settlements are made taking into account the services rendered, Supplier refunds, and documented expenses.
8.1. The Client may withdraw from the Contract at any time by notifying the Contractor in writing via the agreed electronic communication channel.
8.2. If the Client withdraws, the Contractor refunds the payment received less:
8.3. The Contractor does not withhold a fine, penalty, fixed percentage of the price, or organizational fee solely because of the Client's withdrawal. If the Custom Order contains a preliminary estimate of possible expenses, the final deduction is determined based on the services actually rendered and documented expenses.
8.4. At the Client's request, the Contractor shall provide a calculation of the amount withheld and supporting documents. The burden of proving the fact and amount of the expenses withheld rests with the Contractor. If the actual expenses are less than the amount previously received, the difference shall be refunded to the Client.
8.5. Refunds shall be made by the same method used for payment, unless the parties have agreed on another method. The refund period is determined by applicable law; the undisputed portion of the amount shall be refunded without undue delay.
8.6. A refusal of a visa or K-ETA, a delay in their issuance, illness, a change in personal circumstances, or a denial of entry shall not automatically constitute a breach by the Contractor. The refund shall be calculated in accordance with the rules of this section, unless more favorable terms are established by the Individual Order or applicable law.
8.7. If performance has become impossible through the fault of the Contractor, the Client shall be refunded the cost of the services not rendered and reimbursed for other amounts in the cases and to the extent established by applicable law.
9.1. The parties shall be liable for breach of their obligations in accordance with the Agreement and applicable law.
9.2. The Contractor shall not be liable to the extent that non-performance or improper performance is caused by:
9.3. Force majeure circumstances may include natural disasters, typhoons, earthquakes, epidemics, military operations, civil unrest, strikes, accidents, border closures, prohibitions by government authorities, and other extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances.
9.4. A party affected by such circumstances shall notify the other party without undue delay. The parties shall jointly determine whether the affected services can be rescheduled, replaced, or terminated, and shall allocate the costs taking into account the causes, the services actually rendered, refunds from Suppliers, and applicable law.
9.5. The Client and Tourists are responsible for the safekeeping of their passports, luggage, personal belongings, valuables, and money. This provision does not release the Contractor from liability where damage is caused through its fault.
9.6. The Client shall compensate for documented damage caused through its fault or the fault of a Tourist to the property of the Contractor, a Supplier, or a third party, in the manner and to the extent established by applicable law.
9.7. The provisions of the Agreement do not limit the rights of a Client who is a consumer that cannot be waived or reduced by agreement of the parties, including the right to compensation for losses incurred and for moral damages in the cases provided for by applicable law.
10.1. The Contractor processes the personal data of the Client and Tourists to the extent necessary to conclude and perform the Agreement, book services, ensure safety, maintain communication, and keep accounting and legal records.
10.2. Data may be transferred to Suppliers and authorized bodies in the Republic of Korea and transit countries to the extent necessary to fulfill the Individual Order.
10.3. Where applicable law requires separate consent for processing, transfer, processing of special categories of data, or other actions, such consent shall be obtained separately from the Offer and the Individual Order.
10.4. A Client who provides the data of another Tourist confirms that there is a lawful basis for transferring such data and shall provide the necessary confirmation at the Contractor's request.
10.5. Personal data is processed for the period necessary to perform the Agreement and comply with the requirements of applicable law. The Client may withdraw consent and exercise other rights of a personal data subject in the manner provided for by applicable law by sending a request to the Contractor using the contact details specified in Section 15.
10.6. Cross-border transfer and storage of personal data are carried out in compliance with the applicable legal requirements of the Republic of Korea and of the country of permanent residence of the relevant Client or Tourist.
11.1. The parties recognize as proper channels of communication the email addresses, phone numbers, messengers, personal account, individual web page, and other contacts used when agreeing on the Individual Order.
11.2. A message is deemed to originate from the relevant party if it is sent from an agreed address, number, or account and makes it possible to identify the sender and the content of the message.
11.3. The Contractor shall store, or ensure the ability to reproduce:
11.4. Electronic documents, payment information, and correspondence may be used to confirm the content of the Agreement and the fact of its acceptance.
11.5. The Client shall keep access to its email, phone, messengers, and personal account confidential and shall notify the Contractor without delay if any of them is compromised.
12.1. The parties shall not disclose to third parties confidential information received in connection with the Agreement, except where disclosure is necessary to fulfill the Individual Order, is required by law, a court, a government authority, a bank, or a payment system, or is permitted by the other party.
12.2. The terms of this section do not prevent the Client from seeking legal assistance, protecting its rights, leaving reviews in good faith, or reporting information to the competent authorities.
13.1. The Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
13.2. The choice of the laws of the Republic of Korea does not deprive a Client who is a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of law of the country of their permanent residence, where such rules apply regardless of the agreement of the parties.
13.3. The parties shall endeavor to resolve disagreements through negotiation. A claim shall be sent using the contact details specified in Section 15 and must contain a description of the circumstances, the demand, and any available supporting documents.
13.4. If a problem arises during the trip, the Client or Tourist shall, where possible, immediately notify the Contractor or the accompanying person so that the Contractor can remedy the deficiency or offer a reasonable alternative.
13.5. Jurisdiction over a dispute is determined by the applicable mandatory rules. A Client who is a consumer may, at their choice, bring a claim against the Contractor at their place of residence or stay, or in another court provided for by the mandatory rules of applicable consumer protection law. The Agreement does not limit the Client's right to apply to a court or other competent authority where such right is granted by applicable law.
14.1. The Offer is valid from the moment of publication until it is withdrawn or replaced by a new version.
14.2. A specific Agreement is governed by the version of the Offer indicated in the accepted Individual Order or provided to the Client before payment.
14.3. The Agreement is valid from the moment of acceptance until the parties have fully performed their obligations.
14.4. The invalidity of any individual provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, provided the Agreement can be performed without such provision.
14.5. The Individual Order, the Program, subsequent agreed changes, and documents expressly designated in the Individual Order as part of the Agreement form an integral part thereof.
